Take use Φ4.2×13m cement superfine grinding machine, the power of main motor is 2550kw. Main shaft take use LMGU rolling bearing of ball mill. First bin is equipped with screening circle grinding technology, second bin is equipped with double level feeding device, and inside of mill it takes use U type structure, thus the equipment own full advantage of new type superfine grinding machine. Pre-grinding equipment before mill is Φ3.8×5m circle rough grinding machine, power of main motor is 1000kw, which could be installed in series or in L type with superfine grinding machine, besides the advantage for normal rough grinding machine, so there is no need to build higher & larger workshop meanwhile the processing is simple. Total equipped power of cement production line is under 5000kw, which reduces over 1000kw than taking use single line roller mill. Equipped power for the equipment is 30kw per ton. And the electricity consumption of grinding system is under 27kw.h. So it saves 8kwh per ton cement, which is to say millions of cement will save over 5 million yuan. The output of the equipment could reach 160tons/h. And the system investment is about 18 million for the equipment; however the investment of a cement grinding system is 120 thousand yuan, which will reduce almost 10 million yuan investment, and implement the design of multi point feeding and individual grinding, the cement output is higher, the strength is better, the cost is lower and the profit is more |
