Pengfei tube mill adjust the material level of different bins for its special combined diaphragm and discharging grate plate, enlarge the ventilation, improve the inner conditions; meanwhile utilizes new type liner, adjust the rotating speed of mill, optimizes the lubricating parameters of bush and gear design, increases the operating stability and useful life of mill and improves the grinding efficiency.
After proved by Fujian Longyan Nanya Building Material Machinery Co., Ltd, Chongqing Jiangjin Xiaqiang Co., Ltd Cement Plant, Jiangsu Dafeng Nongyao Pesticide Plant, etc. customers, The production of each PMG series ball mill has increased 20% compared to the same type ball mill as international standard under the same parameters, the electricity consumption decrease 10-12% per unit; in open-circuit grinding, the Blaine of cement could reach 320m2/kg, the function of the entire equipment reaches national advanced level.
